Elective Benefits has partnered with Idilus, a Professional Employer Organization who allows sole proprietors and husband and wife groups to enroll in their group plans.
The requirements are:
- Must submit a minimum of $1,000 per month in payroll, cost of payroll is included in the medical premium, unless the employee opted out of coverage, then there would be an additional cost of $60/month.
- Workmen’s compensation would also be included with the cost of medical premium (optional)
- One time set up fee of $125
- The product does require medical underwriting
The plans are PPO plans from Cigna and very affordable for families.
